Private classes are perfect for individuals looking to focus on specific aspects of their practice, accommodate a busy schedule, or enjoy the convenience of practicing at home. If you’re interested, please contact me, and i’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

I provide two programs for private classes:

  1. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga : Experience dynamic yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and inner peace through synchronized breath and movement.

Prioritize your overall wellness with my Yoga for Wellbeing program.

 This holistic approach combines gentle yoga poses, guided meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises. Perfect for anyone seeking to reduce anxiety, stress, PTSD, and more. This program promotes physical, mental, and emotional balance, helping you cultivate a sense of inner peace and improve your overall well-being.

What you will learn:
1-Breathing Techniques “Pranayama”:

Explore various breathing exercises to calm your mind and body, promoting relaxation and stress relief.

2-Guided Meditations:

Immerse yourself in guided meditation sessions to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and emotional balance.

3-Mindfulness Exercises:

Develop present-moment awareness through mindfulness practices, helping to reduce anxiety and improve overall well-being. 

4-Restorative Yoga Postures:

Engage in gentle yoga postures designed to release tension from the muscles , restore energy, and promote deep relaxation.

Program details:

All classes are conducted privately on a one-to-one basis.

Duration of the program: 1 month (8 classes) twice a week. 

Duration of class : 1 hour

Location: Whether you prefer the convenience of online sessions or the ambiance of my studio in Funchal, you’ll have the flexibility to choose the format that suits you best.

Schedule

Private classes are scheduled and booked in advance. You can choose dates and times based on my availability. All details, including dates for your program, will be finalized, booked, and sent to you before the start of the sessions.

Prices

Private yoga classes are available online or in-studio. Designed specifically for your level and tailored to what you want to improve in your practice.

In Class :

1 Private Class (60 minutes): 60 €

Program Package (8 classes): : 400€ (50€ per class when paid together.)

Online:

1 Private Class (60 minutes): 50 €

Program Package (8 classes): : 360€ (45€ per class when paid together.)
