Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is based on “ the tristana method “ that consists of:
1-The breathing technique we use during practice, " The Ujjai Pranayama"
2-The yoga postures while engaging bandhas (Energy Locks).
3-The Dristi, which is the gaze point of each yoga pose.

In class we focus on the importance of alignment and how to avoid injuries and maintain a safe practice. Providing posture modification, which is essential for those who have injuries or limited mobility.
