What You Will Learn
In this program, you’ll gain valuable tools to help you regain control over physical and emotional overwhelm caused by the nervous system being in “fight or flight” mode. You’ll learn about the nervous system, including the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, their functions, and how each affects your body and mind. You’ll understand what happens when you get triggered, and how the body reacts under stress. These insights will empower you to use specific techniques to bring yourself back into a state of balance, calm, and relaxation whenever needed. You will also learn how to stabilize and gain control over a racing mind, preventing or easing the onset of panic or anxiety attacks.

In this program, you’ll explore various pranayama techniques—breathing exercises that help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and stress relief. By learning to control your breath, you can ease anxiety and feel more centered in moments of overwhelm.
2.Guided Meditations (Yoga Nidra):
Guided meditation, especially Yoga Nidra, is a deeply relaxing practice that allows you to enter a state of conscious relaxation. During these sessions, you will be gently guided through a series of visualizations and mindfulness practices to help you disconnect from stress, cultivate inner peace, and create clarity in your mind.
