2 Hours Ashtanga Beginners Workshop
Ashtanga Yoga Beginners who wish to start practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and join the Mysore program are required to attend a 2-hour beginners workshop. The first part of the workshop covers a brief on the history of Ashtanga yoga and the philosophy of the practice. In the second part, you will learn the foundational postures needed to start attending classes and joining the Mysore program.
